ASL FormRunner Privacy Policy

This app-specific notice explains FormRunner’s handling of information and supplements the AutoSecureLogin Master Privacy Policy. It does not reduce the protections in that policy. ASL LLC provides the app.

Information you choose to enter

FormRunner processes your active and saved profiles, custom fields, message templates, imported website lists and row values, custom selectors, exclusions, sending settings, and workflow results. You decide what information to enter and which websites to visit.

The app keeps screenshot previews and a local activity history. Activities describe actions and outcomes, such as a profile load or form preparation, without copying profile field values or messages into the event description. Websites, profile names, file names, and result details may themselves contain personal information.

Local storage and protection

Workspace data, including profiles, lists, messages, settings, activity, exclusions, and permanent send records, is stored on your PC in workspace.dat using Windows data protection tied to your Windows account. Use Open data folder in the app to find its exact location. Windows account access and device security still matter; encryption does not protect information while it is displayed or submitted.

Preview PNG pictures and CSV exports are ordinary files, not encrypted by FormRunner. They can include completed fields, personal information, messages, websites, and outcomes. Backups you make are separate copies. Windows-protected workspace files may not decrypt under a different account or on another PC.

What destination websites receive

When you open and fill a website, that site and its service providers receive normal browser connection information, such as your IP address and browser details. Its scripts may observe entered values before you authorize the final Send action. Submitted details are sent to the selected website or its form provider, subject to its privacy practices.

The preparation guard blocks ordinary write requests and native submissions, while allowing common verification-provider requests. It cannot prevent every way a website might observe interaction. Verification widgets may communicate with their providers and request human interaction.

Each workflow uses an isolated browser context; the app does not import your normal browser’s saved passwords, cookies, or history. Contexts are closed after work. The local practice environment uses synthetic pages served from this PC.

What ASL receives

This release has no app analytics, advertising, cloud sync, or automatic workspace upload to ASL. ASL does not receive your saved profiles, imported lists, messages, screenshots, or send log through normal local app operation. ASL does not sell or rent this information or use it for targeted advertising.

Opening the ASL website, support portal, or public policy pages creates a separate website visit governed by the Master Privacy Policy, including its website log practices. If you choose to send support material, ASL processes what you provide to respond; review attachments before sharing. Windows, your download source, and any app store may independently process diagnostic, installation, or account information under their own policies.

Retention and your controls

Local workspace data remains until you change or remove it. The app retains up to 10,000 recent non-send activity entries. Send attempts are retained separately without that cap to preserve duplicate protection. Loading another list does not erase them. Older versions’ events cannot be reconstructed; existing send records are retained.

You may edit active information, remove custom fields, replace a named profile, or remove a saved profile. Removing a named profile does not erase active information, old previews, exports, activity references, or send records. A new preview for the same row may replace that row’s previous picture; other saved previews may remain.

To erase all local workspace information, use Open data folder to locate it, close the app, and remove the workspace folder. This also removes send history, exclusions, daily counters, and duplicate protection. Delete separate exports and backups as needed. Uninstalling or deleting the portable EXE alone may leave user data.

ASL cannot remotely retrieve or delete a local workspace that has never been provided to ASL. Contact the receiving website to exercise rights concerning information it received. For information you supplied directly to ASL, use the rights and contact process in the Master Privacy Policy.

Sensitive information, changes, and contact

Use the minimum information needed for an authorized workflow. FormRunner is a general workflow-testing tool and is not designed as a dedicated repository for payment credentials, medical records, or other highly sensitive records. Do not use another person’s information without authority.
