ASL FormRunner Terms of Service

Authorized workflows

Use FormRunner only for websites and workflows you own, administer, or have permission to test or contact. You are responsible for the website list, details, message, selectors, checkboxes, and submissions you authorize, and for applicable laws and the destination website’s rules.

Do not use the app for spam, harassment, deception, impersonation, unlawful collection of information, or unauthorized access. Do not use automation to evade access restrictions or verification requirements. Clicking a visible verification control does not grant permission to bypass a resulting challenge.

Review and submission

FormRunner helps locate and fill contact forms and provides a screenshot before sending. You must inspect the destination, completed fields, consent selections, and message before approving a preview and authorizing Send. A custom step may interact with a website and its scripts before final submission.

Preparation blocks ordinary write requests and native form submission, with exceptions for common verification-provider requests. This is not a promise that a website cannot observe entered data or react to a permitted request. Choose test information appropriate to the website.

Sending is sequential and subject to your configured limits and exclusions. A send attempt is recorded before the final click. A confirmed result reports a recognizable page response, not guaranteed delivery, acceptance, or human receipt. Uncertain attempts are not automatically retried. Stop cannot undo an action already completed.

Your data and content

You retain rights in your content. You authorize the local app to process your inputs and, when you exercise a website workflow, provide information to that website as needed for that workflow. ASL receives no automatic upload of your workspace through FormRunner.

You must have authority to use any personal or organizational information you enter. Profile removal, clearing local files, or uninstalling the app does not delete information held by a destination website. See the FormRunner Privacy policy for storage, previews, exports, and deletion.

Website behavior and limitations

Websites, third-party form builders, and verification providers operate independently of ASL. They can change, block automation, impose terms, or fail. FormRunner does not guarantee discovery or successful filling of every form, verification completion, accurate field interpretation, or message delivery.

Custom steps are instructions you provide. A selector can target the wrong control, especially when shared across sites. Use precise selectors and review results. The included practice environment and automated tests use local synthetic websites; they do not demonstrate universal public-site compatibility.

License, updates, and distribution

The app is licensed under the applicable AutoSecureLogin Master Terms and any purchase terms shown when you obtain it. Third-party components retain their own licenses and notices included with the package. No rights in ASL names, logos, or artwork are transferred.

Release notes identify the supplied package and its status. A local executable or preview MSIX does not imply Microsoft Store certification. Store purchases, downloads, and refunds, where offered, are subject to the applicable store’s terms. FormRunner has no automatic update or cloud-sync service in this release.

Other terms and contact

The Master Terms address other matters, including applicable disclaimers, liability, governing law, and dispute provisions. Nothing in these app terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
